Foreign Interbank Transfer
Credit/debit cards and e-wallets are the fastest options to deposit funds into your trading account. However, some investors still prefer to use bank transfers to fund their trading accounts, and Chainblocks supports this method for your convenience. Please note that international bank transfer is slower than other trading options, and it can take up to 7 business days for the deposited funds to reflect in your trading account.
Domestic Bank Transfer
Aiming to provide our services to a wide range of clients, Chainblocks supports the deposit via local bank transfer. Some traders prefer this option as it is faster and more convenient than international bank transfer. It only takes a few days for a local bank transaction to be completed and for the funds to reflect in your trading account.
Debit and Credit Cards
Chainblocks accepts most major credit and debit cards including VISA, MasterCard, and Maestro. This payment method is simple and fast. It allows you to see the deposited funds in your account within a few minutes after the transaction is completed.
Withdrawals
Chainblocks offers a simple process for withdrawals from your trading account. To do this, Chainblocks provides various convenient and safe ways for you to withdraw your funds and profits. How To Withdraw From Your Chainblock’s Account
You can withdraw funds and your profits from your Chainblocks account by following these three simple steps.
- First of all, you need to fill out the withdrawal form
- Enter the requested data and send it to our support team: support@chainblocks.net
- Once your request has been processed and approved, your funds will be withdrawn from your account.
Please note that after submitting the withdrawal request form, it may take up to three business days for the request to be processed. Funds will be withdrawn in the same way that you originally deposited funds into your Chainblocks account. Depending on the option you choose to withdraw your funds, the transfer of money can take up to seven days. Chainblocks does not charge withdrawal fees. At the same time, the bank or financial institution where you send the withdrawn money may impose a commission on this transaction. It is recommended to find out if your bank/financial institution charges any fees in advance before carrying out this transaction
SECURITY AND VERIFICATION
Security of funds and the protection of personal data are priorities at Chainblocks. As such, many different measures have been implemented to ensure the reliable protection of clients’ funds and personal data from hackers. At the same time, based on the international requirements of anti-money laundering (AML) rules, every trader who uses Chainblocks’s services must first complete the verification process on the platform. To do this, each trader must send Chainblocks accurate personal information and documents online. This includes:
- Proof of Identification (POI)
- Proof of Residence (POR)

Acceptable Proof of Identity (POI) Documents
Chainblocks accepts government-issued documents for identification verification, which must be clearly scanned or digitally photographed and submitted via the “Document Upload Page”. One of the following documents can be uploaded as a POI:
- Driver’s License
- National identity card
- Passport
Note: The photo or scanned image of your identification document must clearly show your photograph, the full name of the POI owner, the document’s expiration date, and the date of issue.
Documents Confirming Proof Of Residence (POR)
To confirm your place of residence, a trader must send documents confirming the address of residence as indicated during the registration process. The uploaded document should not be more than three months old. The correct full name and full residential address must be legible.For POR verification, Chainblocks accepts the following documents:
- Utility bills (such as water, gas, electricity, or phone bills)
- Recent statement from the bank
- Credit/debit card statement
Note: The photo or scanned image of your identification document must clearly show your photograph, the full name of the POI owner, the document’s expiration date, and the date of issue.
Payment Confirmation – Bank Transfer
To withdraw funds from your trading account, Chainblocks uses the same method that the trader initially used to deposit funds. If a client used a bank transfer as their deposit option, they will need to confirm this first deposit transaction to their Chainblocks account. That is, the trader will need to provide a screenshot/snapshot clearly showing the bank transaction.
Checking Credit Card Information
Traders who use their credit/debit card to deposit or withdraw money must provide a scanned copy or snapshot clearly showing the front and back of their card. The image should contain the following information:
- Full name;
- Card expiry date;
- First 5 and last four digits are on the card. Do not forget to hide the middle seven digits, as well as the CVV code of the card.
- The signature on the card must be identical to the signature on other documents sent to Chainblocks
Important: Chainblocks may also ask the trader for a credit card statement to confirm personal ownership of the credit card account. The credit card statement must clearly show the credit card holder’s full name and the last four digits on the card. The name on the statement must match the name on other submitted documents to Chainblocks as well as the information provided on registration.
